Delivery of Your Love Foods Meals

How is my order packed? All Love Foods meals are packed in sturdy polystyrene boxes to ensure that your meals arrive in the best condition plus the insulation qualities of the polystyrene box ensures that your order remains at the correct temperature even during transit. When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered between 08:00 am and 6:00 pm, within 2 working days after you place your order.

  • Order Monday delivery Wednesday
  • Order Tuesday delivery Thursday
  • Order Wednesday delivery Friday
  • Order Thu, Fri, Sat or Sun delivery Wednesday
  • Order Bank holiday Friday delivery Wednesday
  • Order Bank holiday Monday delivery Thursday

(Please note we only deliver Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, so if you order on a Thursday, Friday or weekend your delivery will not arrive until the following Wednesday. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays or the day after a Bank Holiday.

Can I track my order? Yes you can; when you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails. Firstly, your order will be sent to our dispatch centre and you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, another email confirming your unique tracking number will be sent, allowing you to track your order until the moment it is delivered to your door.

Is there a minimum order quantity? The minimum order quantity is £12, the reason why we have a minimum order is to make the delivery charges cost effective for our customers; for example the delivery charge would not be cost effective for delivering 1 single Love Foods meal a value of £2.99.

How much does the delivery cost?

  • Order value £12-£25 - £7.99 delivery charge
  • Order value £25-£35 - £5.99 delivery charge
  • Order value over £35 – FREE delivery

Our unique shipping price application will automatically give you up to date real time shipping costs as soon as you add new item(s) to your basket so you are always in the clear regarding shipping prices and there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout.

What happens if I’m not home to sign for the delivery? The delivery company will leave a calling card at the address; the recipient can then collect the package from their local depot, full details of which will be on the calling card.

(Please note that Love Foods cannot accept responsibility for a delivery that is not signed for, responsibility of any damages or losses caused while the package is awaiting collection at the local depot are passed to the customer).

What happens about lost of damaged goods I do sign for? If any goods are delivered damaged or lost we will process a replacement order or offer a refund, however we do reserve the right to request the return of all damaged goods so that we can conduct our internal quality control tests and inspections.
